We looked at several different options to host the event. We decided for Hopin, because it enables networking and has the best design for bigger events in our opinion.

• **Hopin** There are different subscription models (Starter, Business and Enterprise). We are currently using the Starter package and it has included:

  • 10.000 registrations (50c/registration)
  • 1 Stage (up to 5 speakers)
    • unlimited sessions (3000/speaker + screens viewers)
  • unlimited expos (up to 500 viewers)
  • 1:1 networking
  • chat with polls
  • $99/user

  I would personally recommend Hopin to you. We had the fewest problems with it. The starter plan is enough for your event and more branding & co probably not worth the $$.
