To make sure you feel comfortable with your session we have prepared a short speaker guide that includes all information you need to have a successful session on Thursday.

General Setup
- Please check if your wifi is working.
- We recommend to use Google Chrome as your browser for the conference. This will give you the best experience with the conference tool.
- Create a new Hopin account or sign in to an existing before the event starts.
- Register at the event using the following link and set up your profile with a picture, social links and a short bio.
- We sent out calendar invites, which start 5 min before you talk. Please go to the backstage link 5 min before you talk and wait there. Do not turn your Audio and Video on until we tell you.

Note: Backstage is a dedicated place where you meet before going live and start sharing your presentation.
Arriving at the backstage
- Let us know that you are there by sending us a quick "Hi" in the backstage area.
- Don't click on the "Share audio and video"-Button until we tell you via the chat.
- You'll need to give browser permissions to use your camera and mic
- We will receive your request to participate and once approved, you will appear on the Backstage screen with video and audio on.
